8" (20 cm.) The bone-handled parasol with ribbed carving has an elaborate structure that allows
the parasol to open in a pagoda-roof style,and is covered with rich burgundy silk with matching
silk ribbons,and delicate Alencon lace edging. Excellent condition,original silk and lace.
French,circa 1865,a very rare form of parasol in wonderfully-preserved original condition.
