26" (66 cm.) h. The richly-grained walnut bed has a very high headboard with arched crest
surmounted by a carved figural head,and an arched footboard with further carving,four finial-
topped posters,and is fitted with a beautifully embroidered pique bed cover and pillows.
Excellent condition. American,circa 1880.
