Description
3" shoulder width. 5" waist. 12" overall length.
Of soft rich velvet in a muted aubergine color,the
lady gown features a rounded
neckline,slightly-dropped shoulders,narrow sleeves
and V-shaped fitted bodice above a full skirt. The
gown is trimmed with mauve twill piping at the
neckline,shoulders,sleeve seams and waist. Circa 1840.
