5" shoulder width. 12" overall length. Of lustrous black velvet,the coat has middy-style collar with cotton lace overlay that matches the cuffs,four beaded decorative buttons,hook and eye closure,pale blue cotton lining,belt sash at the back. Along with a pressed-flannel wool flat-top wide-brimmed hat with black band and feather,Circa 1900.
