Description
3 " shoulder width. 7" waist. 11" overall length.
Of black lightweight wool,the costume comprises a
skirt,vest and long-sleeved fitted jacket,along
with bronze-green silk apron. Each piece is richly
embellished with black velvet banding and
ribbons,lace,silver metallic threads,and silver
paillettes. Also included is lace-covered cap,and
velvet throat ribbon with gold-plated cross,glass
bead fringe,and silver paillettes. Circa 1875.
