Description
5" shoulder width. 12" length. Of blue silk with
dart-shaped jacket,coat sleeves,ivory silk-lined
lapels,along with a skirt with wide pleats,and
with a very richly embroidered sleeveless blouse.
The jacket and skirt are richly embellished with
handmade cotton lace on the collar,cuffs and
around the hem. There is some wear to the silk on
left sleeve. Circa 1885.
