Description
Of a richly-woven textured fabric having
alternating bands of rose and cream,the dress has
a blouson bodice created by generous pleats at the
shoulders,very full sleeves with a double row of
ruching at the lace-edged cuffs,set-in waist band
and box-pleated skirt. There are decorative
buttons at the front and hook and eye closure at
the back bodice. Circa 1890.
