Description
3 " shoulder width. 7" waist. 12" front length.
16" back length. A beautiful fabric of textured
cream silk blend forms into an over-dress with
front waist closure,widely-flared sides,crossed
wide suspender straps and an extended-length skirt
at the back and two oval-shaped pockets. The gown
is richly-trimmed with brown soutache at both
front and back. Circa 1865.
