Description
3" shoulder width. 11" overall length. Of fine
maroon wool twill,the high-waisted dress has
box-pleated bodice,gathered skirt,coat
sleeves,rounded neckline with two rows of
scalloped lace,lace at cuffs,silk rosettes and
sash,and feather-stitching at the hem. With maroon
wool sailor cap with ivory grosgrain banding.
