Description
4" shoulder width. 8" waist. 12" overall length.
The ensemble comprises a black taffeta hip-length
jacket with fitted waist and slight bustle effect
at the back,coat sleeves,lace edging at sleeves
and neckline and double rows of black silk fringe.
Along with mauve taffeta flat-front skirt with
flared side and gathered back,box-pleated ruffle
at the hem,and black velvet trim. Circa 1865.
