5" shoulder width. 13" overall length. Of lustrous
rich blue velvet,the coat has wide middy collar
with black braid trim,brass buttons with anchor
design,and cotton sateen lining. Along with blue
velvet cloche with silk ribbon banding. Circa 1900.
