Description
6" shoulder width. 10" waist. 19" overall length.
Of sturdy linsey-woolsey in a cream and red plaid
pattern,the dress has a dart-fitted bodice with
self-piping on the front darts,hand-made button
holes and silver buttons,long sleeves with ruffled
cuffs that match the self-ruffles at the skirt
hem. There is delicate lace trim at the neckline
and an attached cream wool flannel apron with
embroidered red flowers. Circa 1860.
