Description
4" shoulder width. 8" waist. 15" overall length. A
very soft peach silk organza with embroidered silk
circles has a rounded neckline,silk-lined fitted
bodice and full sleeves with gathering detail at
the elbows. The bodice forms into a V-shaped waist
above a double-layered skirt with alternating wide
and narrow pleats. The neckline and waist are
accented by peach silk piping,and very dainty
hand-made silk lace trims the bodice,neckline and
cuffs. There is some repair to the sleeves. Circa
1860.
