5" shoulder width. 15" relaxed hips. 14" overall.
A beautiful voile fabric with interwoven dots
forms the dropped-waist dress with blouson bodice
below a fitted yoke of cut-work cotton. The set-in
hip band has interwoven ribbon for fit-adjustment
and there is a gathered skirt,very full long
sleeves,a wide ruffled Bertha collar with
scalloped-edge trim,and lace ruffle at the throat
and cuffs. Circa 1890.
