Description
1 " shoulder width. 1" waist. 4" overall. Of crisp
cream taffeta with striped designs in teal
green,blue,ochre and rose,the two-piece ensemble
features a blouse with dart-shaped bodice,square
cut neckline and widely-flared sleeves; along with
a cartridge-pleated very full skirt. Black velvet
narrow ribbons offer contrast. Circa 1860.
