rounded facial shape,blue glass enamel inset eyes
with spiral-threading,dark eyeliner,painted
lashes,brush-stroked and feathered brows,accented
eye corners,mauve-blushed eye shadow,shaded
nostrils,pierced ears,auburn mohair wig over cork
pate,French composition and wooden
eight-loose-ball-jointed body with flat-cut
derriere and straight wrists. Condition: generally
excellent. Marks: Sch (in shield) 1 (head) Sch (in
shield,bottom of derriere). Comments: Schmitt et
Fils,circa 1880. Value Points: the
richly-decorated eyes and plump facial shape
appealingly contrast the delicate
complexion,original body and body finish,antique
maroon woolen dress that seems
