7" (18 cm.) man. Ten paper mache candy containers
include: caricature black man with over-sized head
and sculpted costume,removable hat; earlier old
lady with padded cloth costume,unusual mushroom;
sugar cone,loaf of bread,two geese with wings that
lift for candy container access; pair of roosters
with removable head,and an unusual ladybug. Each
has access to the candy container storage by
removable base unless otherwise noted. French and
Germany,early-20th century. A delightful group of
whimsical candy containers in fine original condition.
