Solid domed bisque socket head with plump face contrasted by very pale complexion,brown glass eyes,painted lashes,feathered brows,accented nostrils and eye corners,closed mouth with center accent line,blonde mohair wig,original paper mache body with jointing at shoulders and hips,painted stockings and shoes,wearing beautiful embroidered antique dress,undergarments,lace woven bonnet with ribbon trim. Condition: generally excellent. Marks: 3. Comments: Sonneberg,mystery maker,circa 1885,made to appeal to the French market. Value Points: beautiful face of the petite closed mouth child with pale complexion and nicely-blushed cheeks.
