Bisque swivel head on kid-edged bisque shoulderplate with modeled bosom and shoulderblades, blue glass paperweight inset eyes with dark blue iris rims, dark eyeliner, painted lashes, brushstroked brows with feathered highlights, accented nostrils, closed mouth, accent line between the lips, pierced ears, blonde mohair wig over cork pate, slender kid bebe body with scalloped rim collarette, Chevrot hinged hips, carved wooden lower legs, kid-over wooden upper arms, bisque forearms. Condition: generally excellent. Marks: Bru Jne 1 (head and shoulder) Bebe Bru...(original paper label on torso). Comments: Leon Casimir Bru, circa 1885. Value Points: wonderful petite bebe Bru with beautiful eyes and expression, very sturdy original body, perfect bisque hands and exquisite antique costume, bonnet, kidskin boots and socks.
