Pressed bisque socket head,blue glass enamel eyes with darker outer rims and spiral threading,dark eyeliner,painted lashes,brush-stroked brows,accented nostrils and eye corners,closed mouth with outlined lips,pierced ears,auburn mohair wig over cork pate,French composition and wooden fully-jointed body with straight wrists. Condition: generally excellent,original body finish a bit scrubbed,one thumb repaired. Marks: 0 (head) Jumeau Medaille d'Or Paris (body). Comments: Emile Jumeau,circa 1878,the smallest model of his premiere bebe. Value Points: rare size bebe with enchanting appeal,lovely expression and bisque,original body and body finish,fine antique costume includes dainty dress,undergarments,leather slippers,rose silk satin bonnet.
