head,jointed arms and legs,cobalt blue eyes,closed
mouth,painted features,blonde mohair wig,is
presented in her wicker basket layette with cotton
and lace edging,and having fancy matching lid and
handle,trimmed with red silk ribbons. Marks: 10.
Comments: for the French market,circa 1890. Value
Points: well-preserved luxury presentation with
intricately-woven basket.
