31" (79 cm.) Bisque socket head,brown glass sleep
eyes,painted lower lashes,mohair lashes,incised
eyeliner,short feathered brows,accented eye
corners,shaded nostrils,open mouth,outlined
lips,four porcelain teeth,brunette human hand-tied
wig over plaster pate,composition and wooden
ball-jointed body. Condition: generally excellent.
Marks: L 1/2 made in Germany 15 1/2 JDK 214.
Comments: Kestner,circa 1915. Value Points:
hard-to-find model with very fine quality of
bisque,original body and body finish,wonderful
antique costume.
