16" (41 cm.) Bisque shoulder head of adult lady
with blonde sculpted hair waved away from her face
and captured in a snood-enclosed page-boy curl at
the back,painted facial features,blue eyes,red and
black upper eyeliner,brown single stroke
brows,accented nostrils,closed mouth with center
accent line,sculpted bodice with design of
gathers,collar and blue-striped bow,muslin
stitch-jointed body,bisque lower arms and
legs,painted black shoes,nicely costumed.
Condition: generally excellent,repair to right
arm. Comments: Germany,circa 1870. Value Points:
rare coiffure and sculpted bodice.
