15" (38 cm.) Bisque socket head,blue glass sleep
eyes,dark eyeliner,painted curly lashes,incised
eyeliner,feathered brows,accented nostrils and eye
corners,closed mouth with slightly-smiling
expression,row of teeth,brunette mohair wig over
plaster pate with side curls,composition and
wooden ball-jointed body,nicely costumed.
Condition: generally excellent. Marks: E 1/2 made
in Germany 6 1/2 185. Comments: Kestner,circa
1912. Value Points: most appealing size,the
smiling child has original wig,pate,body,and body
finish.
