Description
20" (51 cm.) Bisque shoulder head of adult lady
with oval face,sculpted blonde hair
elaborately-arranged with a cluster of tousled
curls at her forehead topped by a little black
bow,and a loosely-woven thick braid that extends
all-around,sculpted pierced ears,cobalt-blue glass
eyes,black eyeliner,painted lashes and
brows,accented eye corners and nostrils,closed
mouth with center accent line,old muslin
stitch-jointing body and bisque lower
limbs,painted mauve ankle boots and white
stockings,nice old costume and needlework purse.
Condition: generally excellent,repair to right
leg. Comments: attributed to Alt,Beck and
Gottschalck,circa 1875. Value Points: rarity
factors include fancy coiffure,glass eyes,pierced
ears.
