Description
16" (41 cm.) l. ironing board. To be perfectly
displayed with dolls about 17"-20",the collection
includes wooden ironing board on frames with
original lambswool cover,rare tinplate six-sided
laundry stove designed with slant sides to allow
irons to lean against during heating process; two
tin lidded cans with long spouts,two wooden tubs,a
large quantity of crisply-ironed linens and
napkins,and four various early cast iron
flat-irons. The ironing board still retains its
original maker's presentation,the objects still
tied-on and never used,including soap,powder
starch,two wooden tubs and a scrub board.
Excellent condition. French,circa 1890,very rare
stove and all-original ironing board are virtually
impossible to find.
