Each doll has porcelain shoulder head with sculpted black hair and painted facial features,two with short finger curls,and the third with short boyish hair,each with wooden body having dowel-jointing at shoulders,elbows,hips and knees; the girls with porcelain lower arms and legs and painted shoes; and the boy with wooden lower limbs. Condition: generally excellent,uncertain if lower wooden limbs of boy are original. Comments: Germany,circa 1860. Value Points: rare dolls with fine dainty painting,sought-after wooden bodies,along with original wooden cupboard with gilt stenciling by Wagner & Sohn.
