Description
7" (18 cm.) brim,4" inside head width. A woven
flat-back bonnet with upturned woven brim is
lavishly decorated on the exterior with draped
ivory silk faille ribbons and banding along with
silk pom-poms,while the interior brim is lined
with ruched ivory silk,and lace and frou-frou
ribbon form a framing ruffle around the face. The
silk lining has gold emblem milliner's label of
Mons. Berthier,14 Passage Delorme,Paris. Excellent
condition. Circa 1880.
