bisque shoulder plate with modeled bosom and
shoulder blade,blue glass paperweight inset
eyes,dark eyeliner,painted lashes,brush-stroked
and feathered brows,rose blushed eye
shadow,accented eye corners,shaded nostrils,closed
mouth with outlined and accented lips,dimpled
chin,pierced ears,blonde mohair wig over cork
pate,original kid bebe body with Chevrot hinged
thigs,wooden lower arms and legs. Condition:
generally excellent. Marks: Bru Jne 7 (head) Bru
Jne 5 (shoulders) (original paper label on body).
Comments: Bru,Chevrot era,circa 1888. Value
Points: the pretty bebe has lovely
complexion,original shoulderplate and very sturdy
original body,lovely antique costume including
leather shoes with maroon silk rosettes signed
"Bru Jne Paris 7".
