Description
14" x 24" x 17". A wooden gazebo with four-sided steepled roof having original lithographed paper shingles, has lattice work on three sides with two open windows and one open door, original lithographed paper on the side, back and lower walls, and attached flower boxes with Gottschalk wooden pots and flowers. The gazebo is enclosed with a lattice-fenced yard, on original extended length with hinged front gate. Four original wooden chairs are included. Six German bisque doll house dolls are costumed as a wedding party, and there are two German all-bisque miniature dolls in original costumes also included. Excellent condition throughout with some minor wear to paper on roof. Germany, circa 1910, the exact gazebo (without yard) is shown in the 1910 Gottschalk catalog. Ex-The Boy’s Collection.
