Description
17" (43 cm.) Arranged on a sturdy cardboard,17" x
12",with blue paper and decorative paper edging
are toys related to horse and stable; a carved
wooden horse head with hide cover and glass eyes
is attached to a decorative leather belt with
silver bells,designed to be worn by a small child
(but quite usable by a 25"-30" doll) as though
pretending to giddy-up while a second child holds
the reins and wields a wooden and leather horse
whip and silver whistle which are also attached.
Very good unplayed with condition,still attached
to original card,hide worn on horse,cardboard
worn. French,attributed to Lenoble,circa
1900,among their production of toy animals were
"panoplies" such as this.
