14" (36 cm.) Bisque shoulder head with blonde
sculpted hair in tightly-arranged woven curls that
cascade behind the sculpted pierced ears,forming
large loosely woven braids at the back and are
captured with a black hair ribbon at the
crown,cobalt blue glass eyes,painted lashes,brown
feathered brows,accented nostrils and eye
corners,closed mouth with center accent
line,painted scalloped-edge chemise and black
necklace,old muslin body with bisque lower arms
and leg,nicely costumed. Condition: generally
excellent,one legs poorly restored. Comments:
Germany,circa 1870. Value Points: rarity factors
include glass eyes,fancy coiffure,painted chemise
and necklace.
