5.5" (14 cm.) Bisque swivel head on kid-edged
bisque elongated and slender torso,brown glass
inset eyes,painted lashes,single stroke
brows,accented nostrils,closed mouth with wide
center accent line,blonde mohair wig over cork
pate,peg-jointed shoulders and hips,ball-jointed
elbows,bare feet. Condition: generally excellent.
Marks: Bte. Comments: Fernand Sustrac,who deposed
his unique system of jointed elbows on all-bisque
dolls in 1877. Value Points: very rare early
mignonette with jointed elbows,bare feet,original
wig and costume,and very beautiful face.
