19" (48 cm.) Socket head with painted facial
features,shaded blue/green eyes with defined
spiral threading and white eye dots,thick brown
upper eyeliner,single stroke brows,accented
nostrils,closed mouth,blonde hair in short boyish
cut with side-part,firmly-stuffed cloth body with
stitch-jointing at shoulders,disc-jointing at
hips. Condition: near mint. Marks: Made in
Germany US Zone 149007 (left foot) (also original
paper hang tag). Comments: Kathe Kruse,circa 1947.
Value Points: in pristine unplayed with
condition,the little boy wears his original
Tyrolean costume with lederhosen pants,patterned
cotton jacket,straw hat,knit stockings,shirt,brown
leather shoes.
