Description
10" (25 cm.) All-cloth dolls with pressed and
painted faces and short brown curly hair,blue
painted eyes with threading,white eyedots,upper
eyeliner,one-stroke brows,accented nostrils,closed
mouth,blushed cheeks,jointed shoulders and hips.
Condition: generally excellent,paint flake on top
of girl's head. Comments: attributed to Bing of
Germany,circa 1915,the dolls were marketed as
competition to the popular early Kathe Kruse.
Value Points: in fine unplayed with condition,the
pair wear original vibrant traditional costumes.
