Description
5" (13 cm.) Each is waist-up porcelain half doll
depicting a nude adult woman with
beautifully-painted facial features: one with left
arm outstretched,her Grecian-style brown hair with
dainty tendril curls at the sides of her face and
forming a chignon at the back held by a sculpted
gold comb; the other with shaded brown hair in
deeply-waved casual curls,forming a loose chignon
at the back. Condition: generally excellent,the
larger has one repaired finger. Each bears the
Royal Rudolstadt blue stamp. Germany,circa 1900.
