12" (30 cm.) Porcelain shoulder head of adult lady with perfectly oval face and elongated throat,sculpted brown hair with shaded coloring drawn smoothly over her ears and captured at the back of her head in a tightly-braided chignon,painted brown eyes,red and black eyeliner,one-stroke brown brows,aquiline nose with accent dots,closed mouth with accent line between the lips,old muslin stitch-jointed body,porcelain lower arms and legs,black painted ankle boots,wearing lovely antique dress,apron,undergarments,and having early bonnet. Condition: generally excellent,right ankle reglued. Marks: (Meissen KPM symbol inside shoulder plate). Comments: KPM Meissen,circa 1850. Value Points: very rare early porcelain with exquisite painting of petite features,rare brown hair and eyes.
