Description
4" (10 cm.) Each has bisque swivel head,glass
inset eyes,painted lashes and brows,closed
mouth,peg-jointed bisque arms and legs with
painted stockings and heeled two-strap shoes.
Condition: generally excellent. Comments: circa
1890,for the French market,each wears its original
frail silk Polichinelle costume,one with blue
eyes,blonde mohair wig,and blue and coral silk
double-hump costume; and the other with brown
eyes,brunette wig,and ivory and green silk
single-hump costume.
