complexion,brown glass sleep eyes in half-moon
shape,painted curly upper lashes,black feathered
brows,accented nostrils and eye corners,open mouth
with richly shaded and glazed lips,two porcelain
upper teeth,black human hair wig,amber-tinted
composition baby body. Condition: generally
excellent. Marks: L made in Germany 12 243 JDK

Kestner,circa 1912. Value Points: in superbly
preserved condition with beautiful bisque and
original signed body and body finish,the doll is
wearing its original elaborate costume created in
the costume workshops of Gump's in San Francisco
with richly ornamented embroidered and be-jeweled
silks and elaborate head-dress.
