19" (48 cm.) Porcelain swivel head with flat-cut
neck socket on corresponding porcelain shoulder
plate,with unique Rohmer head attachment,very
slight pink-tinted complexion,plump facial
modeling,painted downcast eyes with prominent
cobalt blue irises,black upper eyeliner,feathered
lashes and brows,accented nostrils and eye
corners,closed mouth with accent line between the
lips,brunette mohair wig over cork pate,original
horsehair stuffed kid body with deposed
wooden-ball articulation system at knees and
ribbon and hook mechanism in torso for
sitting,bisque arms to above the elbows.
Condition: generally excellent,left baby finger
broken above the knuckle. Marks: (Rohmer green
stamp on torso). Leontine Rohmer,circa 1858.
