6" (15 cm.) All-bisque figure of seated young boy with rich brown complexion and black deeply sculpted short curls,painted facial features,brown intaglio eyes,sculpted bows,closed mouth with "O" expression,bare feet,wearing a sculpted white smock with ruffled collar,a four-color large ball held by his outstretched hands. Condition: generally excellent. Marks: Heubach (sunburst mark). Comments: Gebruder Heubach,circa 1910. Value Points: exceptional sculpting especially of facial features and detailed costume on the rare sports series Heubach with beautiful complexion.
