7.5" (19 cm.) All-bisque figure of little seated child with rich brown complexion,his head tilted forward as though admiring the turquoise bead necklace he is wearing,having painted facial features with large intaglio brown eyes,closed mouth,black sculpted tightly-curled hair,wearing white skirt with orange and green stripes,yellow sash and extended length turquoise bead necklace. Condition: generally excellent. Marks: Heubach (sunburst mark). Comments: Gebruder Heubach,circa 1910. Value Points: exceptional quality of sculpted facial features and hair,beautifully posed hands and toes,detail of sculpting extends to the back with well-defined yellow bow tie on the sash.
