47" (119 cm.) l. overall. 30" without rocker base. A carved wooden toy horse with brown
hide,glass eyes,carved detail of head,leather harness and saddle,horsehair tail,is mounted upon a
wooden platform with cast iron wheels designed as pull-along toy; and additionally mounted
upon a wooden rocking base which is removable. Excellent condition,some typical wear to hide.
French,circa 1865,superbly carved and detailed luxury toy.
