Description
11" (28 cm.) All-bisque figure depicts a little girl in seated pose,her knees drawn up and her
hands reaching for her toes,having little brown curls peeking from beneath a sculpted lacy
bonnet with cut-work ruffle and topped by a large green sculpted bow that matches the trim on
her sculpted chemise. The girl has blue intaglio side-glancing eyes with white eyedots,closed
mouth with beaded upper teeth,impressed cheek dimples. Condition: generally excellent,two
original colorations on shoulders. Comments: Gebruder Heubach,circa 1910. Value Points: very
rare grand size allowing wonderful expression of facial features,the child wears a bisque bonnet
with exceptional embossed lacy detail all-around.
