All-wooden dolls with painted dark-brown complexions,and painted facial features,each with ball-shaped head,block torso,clothes-pin-shaped arms and legs,flat feet,Condition: generally excellent. Comments: Schoenhut,circa 1935,their amusing line of dolls marketed as "Pinn Family",in reference to clothes-pin limbs. Value Points: rare brown- complexioned models,each wearing its original factory costume,and having painted details such as spectacles on old man,flirtatious side-glancing eyes on teen-age girl and applique decorations on woman̴s slippers to match the floral pattern of her dress.
