Description
9" (23 cm.) The flat-backed porcelain hanging jardiniere,designed to fit against a wall,has raised
lattice-designed and a garland of Dresden flowers; the base features an open bowl with more
decorated Dresden flowers,a figural anchor with gilt trim,and a figural winged cherub that
appears to be climbing from the bowl. The back is incised "Depose" and blue stamp of S through
two straight lines. Excellent condition. French,circa 1875
