5.5" (14 cm.) A porcelain vignette depicts a lively scene of three young children at play,each with
sculpted hair and facial features,vividly-painted costumes and accessories,and gilt highlights.
The entire scene lifts from its porcelain base to reveal a double inkwell beneath. Excellent
condition. Mid-19th century,especially fine detail of facial characterization.
