23" (58 cm.) Thick paste porcelain shoulder head with pink delicately-tinted complexion,oval
face,elongated strong throat,slightly modeled bosom,black sculpted hair has center-part and
horizontal rolled curls at each side of her head,forming into an elaborate S-shaped roll at the
center back,painted brown glass eyes in defined eye sockets,black and red upper eyeliner,single
stroke black brows,accented eye corners,circle accents at nostrils,closed mouth with center
accent line,original muslin stitch-jointed body with leather arms,Condition: generally excellent.
Marks: 14 (inside shoulder plate). Comments: Germany,circa 1850. Value Points: very rare model
with exquisite quality of porcelain,brown eyes,elaborate coiffure,grand size,original
body,wearing superb antique gown,undergarments,hand-stitched twill and leather shoes.
