23" (58 cm.) Bisque socket head with plump cheeks,very deep blue glass paperweight inset
eyes,thick dark eyeliner,painted lashes,feathered brows,accented eye corners,shaded
nostrils,closed mouth with very full outlined lips,tiny tongue tip,dimpled chin,pierced
ears,brunette human hair over cork pate,deposed Gesland body with composition shoulder plate
and lower arms and legs,jointed wrists,padded stockinette-over-metal armature torso and
upper limbs. Condition: generally excellent. Marks: F. 10 G. (block letters) (Gesland stamp on
body). Comments: Gaultier,circa 1886. Value Points: the deep blue eyes beautifully contrast the
pale bisque,original body,lovely antique costume,undergarments,leather shoes.
