nostrils,closed mouth with shaded and outlined lips,pierced ears,dimpled chin,brunette hand-
tied human hair wig,French composition and wooden fully-jointed body with straight
wrists,cream silk/wool dress with lace trim appears original. Condition: generally
excellent,dress has moth holes and wear,some retouch to body. Marks: Depose E. 9 J. (and
artist checkmarks on head) Jumeau Medaille d̴Or Paris (body). Comments: Emile Jumeau,circa
1885. Value Points: very beautiful gleaming complexion with rich decoration around the eyes
and mouth,original signed body,fine early (worn) costume including silk bonnet,cream kidskin
ankle boots signed with full figure of doll.
